Use of the Library’s Public Rooms
Fairport Public Library provides several options for small and large group meetings, and private studying or tutoring sessions.
Our smaller spaces include:
- two study rooms that will accommodate 1-4 people
- a small conference room for 3-8 people
- the Technology Center that will accommodate up to 15 people
These rooms are available any day the library is open and can be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Patrons may book one reservation in advance. Reservations can be made over the phone at 585-223-9091 or in person at the information desk.
Our largest space, the Community Room, can be used by groups of up to 95 people and is not available on Sundays. Reservations are requested by completing this application not more than 30 days in advance and returning it to the library in person or by the email listed on the application. The community room is not intended as a regular meeting space by non-library organizations.
* The Community Room has a hearing loop sound system that works with hearing aids with a T-switch.
Please read our rooms policy for additional guidelines prior to reserving any of the library’s spaces. Copies of this policy and our community room application are also available at the library’s Information Desk.
