Ebooks and audiobooks
for all ages.

eReaders

Did you know you can use your valid Monroe County Library Card to download free eBooks for your
Nooks, Sony Readers, Kindles, and iPads? If you don't have an eReader, you can download eBooks to your computer. Don't forget about the downloadable audiobooks as well -- these can be transfered to your mp3 players or other mobile devices!

To get started, there are step by step instructional videos available to watch online now, or you can download and read our Guides to Getting Started -- Overdrive Audiobooks, Overdrive for Kindles, Overdrive for eReaders (Nooks and other Readers -- not Kindles), and Overdrive for Mobile Devices (Tablets and Smartphones).
You can also visit the Overdrive website for more information.

For mobile users, Overdrive Apps are available so you can read eBooks on your phone or other mobile device. These can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store or the Android Market.
