Use of the Library’s Public Rooms

Fairport Public Library provides several options for small and large group meetings, and private studying or tutoring sessions. These rooms are:

  • two study rooms (1-4 people)
  • a small conference room (group use only, 3-8 people)
  • the Technology Center (group use only, up to 15 people)
  • the Community Room (group use only, up to 95 people)

Each room has specific guidelines for use when not required for library programs. Please read our Room Policies and download an application if interested in booking the Community Room.  Applications may be brought in or faxed to the library at 585-223-3998. All other rooms may be reserved by calling the library at 585-223-9091. Copies of the policy and application are also available at the library's Information Desk.

The Community Room has a hearing loop sound system that works with hearing aids with a T-switch.
