Library Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is a group of five residents of the Fairport Central School District. One trustee is elected annually at the May school district election/budget vote for a five-year term. The Board of Trustees sets policy for the library and oversees its finances, facilities, and long-range planning.

Board of Trustees Meetings
The Board of Trustees meets on the Second Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Library's Community Room. Everyone is welcome to attend.
- A "Draft" version of meeting minutes is available in the library within two weeks of Board meetings.
- Once minutes have been approved by the Board, the final copy is available in the library and on the library website.
- Recent meeting minutes are available to download as pdf files. Minutes from previous years are available in the library.
